"Soup" of Red Fruit and Verjus with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 cup Verjus Rouge
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups strawberries cut into quarters
2 cups raspberries
2 leaves lemon verbena
Vanilla ice cream, as much as you want!

Instructions: Whisk the verjus and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon verbena and berries to the verjus mixture. Allow the fruit to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Spoon the "soup" into a chilled soup bowl and serve with vanilla ice cream.
